Martyna Zych was honored with an invitation to lead a two-week artistic residency in the Czech Republic in July 2025, working with some of the country’s most talented young musicians. She designed and conducted a unique Polish–Czech program, uniting the masterpieces of Mieczyslaw Karlowicz and Antonin Dvorak.
Over the course of the project, Martyna collaborated with four different orchestral ensembles, guiding them through intensive rehearsals and performances. The residency culminated in four concerts, each showcasing the passion and artistry of the young musicians under her direction.
