La Maestra 2024

Martyna Zych was a quarterfinalist of the prestigious competition for women conductors La Maestra Paris.

As one of the fourteen candidates, she had an opportunity to conduct the Paris Mozart Orchestra and work on Ouverture by Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel. The final round of the competition took place in March 2024 in Paris Philharmonic. Apart from that, Martyna Zych was presented by France 2 TV during her preparation and practicing for the round. Whole competition was streamed live by ARTE TV. The jury included, among others, famous conductor Vimbayi Kaziboni, who invited Martyna to cooperate with him.
